Cooking my way into the New Year

I've spent nearly all my free time in the kitchen to fill up my freezer.
Chicken with caramelizend onions and cardamom rice (out of the cookbook Jerusalem)

Slow cooked veal with leeks and prunes (also from Jerusalem)

 And finally today instead of making dumplings I made a "Brezen Gugelhupf" to accompany red cabbage and venison stew.
This evening was spent sewing part 7 of Bonnies Easy Street Mystery - tomorrow we will get the final part.
